Here I am discussing about
High humidity & rain.
Actually, the compressive strength of concrete reduces with the high relative humidity which results in durability problem.
Due to higher moisture in the surface of concrete results a growth of mold and bacteria.

The major factor affecting the concrete life, durability, etc are given below ;
1. High humidity and Rain
2. Ultraviolet resistance
3. Chemical Resistance
4. Seawater exposure
5. Chloride resistance and steel corrosion
6. Sulfate resistance
7. Resistance to Alkali-silica reaction (ASR)
8. Carbonation
9. Abrasion Resistance
10. Moderate to severe exposure condition for concrete
11. Resistance to freezing and Thawing
12. Cement Content
13. Aggregate quality
14. Water Quality
15. Concrete compaction
16. Placing time after batching and cold joint formation
17. Curing period
18. Permeability
19. Temperature
20. Construction defects (honeycombs, cracks, etc.)

Fector affecting of concrete life is
Basically cement concrete structures life is more than 50 year.
Bridge have 75-100 year life.
Residential building have 50+ year life
Dam and multipurpose project have 150 year design life .

Strength is one indicator of durability of concrete.
Other properties that make concrete durable are :
Check your project specifications for these limits. Chloride limit of 0.3% and Sulphate limit of 4% were specified for structural concrete on one job I worked.
Chloride limit could be as low as 0.06% for prestressed concrete.
In addition to above measures, durability comes from :
Proper design mix, Consistent production of good quality concrete , concreting techniques, curing and good testing regime are also required in addition to above efforts.
Hope this helps.

From my point of view, the major factor affecting the Concrete durability, strength, is the quality of the materials used i.e., Fine Aggregates, Cement, Coarse Aggregate, and the water used. One direct indicator of the quality of materials is the Specific gravity, Other tests and parameters that are necessary are fineness modulus, hardness test, setting time, compaction factor, initial setting, final setting, bulk modulus and Swelling Properties of sand and coarse aggregates. Also, the tests important for Cement are fineness and soundness, slump test, Spread test.
The water used for mixing the concrete should be potable, and even if not potable water, the contaminants or the undesirable salts and minerals present in water should be within the prescribed limits as per IS codes. All the tests that will be conducted should be strictly according to the prescribed IS codes.
if these tests and parameters are fulfilled and if all materials have passed the test, the furthers factors which will affect are:
