For residential building standard size of roof height is given as 10 feet.
And for commercial building it is given as 10 to 12 feet.

Generally, Residential bldgs are given 10ft roof height. If the false ceiling is provided, then the height is from 10.5 – 11ft.
For commercial bldg, it is 10 – 12ft.
