According to ACI 216.1-07 (Code Requirements for Determining Fire Resistance of Concrete and Masonry Construction Assemblies), the thickness of plain and reinforced concrete bearing or nonbearing walls required to provide fire-resistance ratings of 1 to 4 hours, shall comply with the minimum equivalent thickness values provided in Table below:

Values for fire-resisting walls are provided in ACI 216.1-07 ratings in between 1 to 4 hours. Please go through it for details.
ACI 216.1 -07 describes rating for 1hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 4 hours.
You can also refer IS 3089:1979 for values of fire-resisting for a different structure and dimensions.
