    Normally, after three meter from the DPC of ground floor level or one floor which should not be more than 4 m height, contactor can charge for extra height if it is not mentioned in the contract about this .

    Hi, The concrete floors in types of building such as the warehouses are generally covered with creating layers. This is a layered material usually made up of the sand and the cement mix. laser screed machines are developed due to increased demand for strength smoothness and thus it is used for constructing a large shopping malls warehouses. Laser systems are equipped with various automated control components which can include a monitor with labelling head elevation which works as a ten times per second in a real-time measure to assured about his surface smoothness and level Ness Similarly, y, the vibration frequency of a strong vibrator reaches up to 4000 times /min. Principle the transmitter laser generates a rotating laser and the that laser receives a laser screed machine receives the signal which is analysed by in measurement and control systems. The hydraulic drive vibrator motor can produce a vibration which drives the whole vibration plate together and used to vibrate a concrete pour over it and it is 4000 times per minute.

    We just have to need to prepare the surface before placing the tile.


    No doubt that various uneven areas in the concrete can cause damage to the tile above and uneven, uncontrolled moisture in the concrete can destroy the mortar and loosen the tiles.


    I strongly recommend you to please prepare your floor properly for a long-lasting tile installation. The tile must be placed on a rigid and structurally sound surface.

    Hi, sunlight is the best source of light and energy. So to use effectively, the placing of windows and other openings and reflective surfaces matters a lot.

    As a civil engineer, it’s our aim to maximize the comfort of the user and reduce the energy consumption for saving electricity.

    The design of the building should be like this the rays of sunlight it will be scattered from the wall and reflect and cover a maximum area of the house. There will be no direct sunlight on polar sites of the walls that are north facing and south-facing. Providing large Windows is a good option to maximize the use of natural sources of light.

    In the present scenario, translucent concrete is been used as concrete which transfers the light in various commercial buildings to reduce the use of artificial electricity. This is a great gift from nanotechnology.

    the position of lights inside the room must be at the middle of the wall and not at the corners so that lights spread 180 degrees.
